Planning to buy a villa in Benahavis? The municipality of Benahavis, next to Marbella, is indeed the preferred area to buy a villa in a quiet area. Moreover, it offers panoramic sea views and is located just a few minutes from the beach.

In Benahavis golf area, luxury urbanizations are located next to important golf courses such as La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Los Flamingos, La Alquería, Los Capanes del Sur or Marbella Club Golf Resort.

La Zagaleta deserves a special mention as the most exclusive urbanization in Europe. It has impressive luxury villas, two golf courses, horse riding and a heliport. We also highlight El Madroñal, a country club turned into an urbanization of luxury houses surrounded by nature.

LA ZAGALETA

EL MADROÑAL

El Madroñal is a countryside residential area of luxury villas located in the municipality of Benahavis. It is one of the most exclusive urbanizations in southern Spain, closed to non-residents and with 24-hour security.

El Madroñal is an old country estate, whose mountainous terrain allows great privacy and spectacular panoramic views to the villas.

The community offers a Country Club with swimming pool, 5 tennis courts, a club house with restaurant, bar and parking. Just 1 minute drive from the entrance we find the Monte Halcones shopping area, with grocery stores, bars and restaurants.

San Pedro de Alcántara, with all services, is 12 minutes away, Puerto Banus 17 minutes and Marbella 23 minutes.

 

BENAHAVIS VILLAGE

Surrounded by an impressive mountainous landscape, the village of Benahavis is located just 10 kilometers from the closest beach (that of San Pedro de Alcántara). It is a typical Andalusian village of steep, twisted streets and white houses.

In Benahavis village we find mainly charming country houses, rustic apartments and villas. It offers a wide variety of restaurants of all kinds.
