Cumbres de Elviria is an urbanization of villas located 12 kilometers east of Marbella city center (a 15 minutes drive).

It is a very quiet residential area, located above the A-7 motorway. Its elevated location provides good views of the sea, and has services nearby.

A 5-10 minute walk we find various establishments and services: Scandinavia Las Cumbres supermarket, restaurants (Back Street Pizzas, Le Chateaubriant, Mini India Elviria …), bars, pharmacies and a taxi rank.

The Santa María Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away. Cabopino Golf Club is 10 minutes drive away. Santa Clara Golf Marbella and the Marbella Golf & Country Club are just a 7-minute drive away.

Across the motorway we find Las Chapas beach, one of the most renowned in Marbella. It offers several restaurants and beach bars: La Plage Casanis, Estrella del Mar Beach Club, Lido, Las Banderas and The Beach House.

Close by, 2-3 minutes drive away, is La Víbora beach, with the famous Nikki Beach Marbella (Restaurant and Beach Club) and the Don Carlos Beach Club.

Hotel Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa and the Marriot’s Marbella Beach Resort are also in the area. As for supermarkets: Lidl, Mercadona, Supersol and Supercor Express are a short drive away.
