The marinas in Costa del Sol are much more than “boat parkings”, they are true epicenters of leisure, shopping, restaurants and fun. No surprise that many developments boast their closeness to some of these marinas.

Among the dozen existing along the coastline, we have selected the top 5 to propose you a nice walk. Enjoy (from East to West).

— Cabopino: a beautiful, cozy marina located in East Marbella, some 20 minutes drive from Marbella downtown. It is surrounded by spectacular beaches, including the protected area of Artola Dunes.

There are restaurants, beach bars, a shopping center and the possibility of practising a number of water sports. Developments such as Artola Homes, Riva Residences, The Cape or Cabo Royale are located within walking distance or a very few minutes drive away from the Cabopino marina.

— Marbella: The marina is located right in the center of the promenade, within walking distance of almost anywhere in the city. Right here you can enjoy a number of bars and restaurants, but a step away you got a lot of them on the promenade, not to mention the leisure areas close by.

The Marbella promenade retains all the glamour of the old days and is a very lively area throughout the whole year. The famous Golden Mile, with such amazing places to live as Jardin del Mediterraneo, is a short walk away.

The inland area, known as Nueva Andalucia, is one of the hottest building spots in Costa del Sol, powered by the presence of prestigious golf clubs such Las Brisas and Los Naranjos golf, with beautiful and developments all around.

— Estepona: located at the end of the most spectacular promenade in Costa del Sol, one step away from all the services of Estepona town and offering a lively leisure area of bars and restaurants. The views of Gibraltar and the African coast are amazing. New developments such as Auditorium, Wellingtonia, Residencial Infinity, Scenic or Alexia Life are located within walking distance.

— Sotogrande: its fashionable shops, bars and restaurants are one of the main attractions of Sotogrande, where elite golf clubs and luxury villas are protagonists. One of the last apartment developments in Sotogrande, with properties at accesible prices, is called Pier and is located right on the marina.
